Global Retail School (GRS), formed by Bharti group and Annamalai University to train manpower for the retail industry, today announced the launch of its operations in Punjab and Chandigarh.
“We are launching our operations in Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Amritsar simultaneously with the opening of our branches in these cities,” GRS Managing Director Priyanka Khosla told reporters here.
GRS, part of Cosmo aviation training school and promoter of aviation education brand Flying Cats, has been set up in association with Annamalai University and Bharti Resources, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bharti Enterprises.
It is also in the process of commencing operations in small towns and cities across the country. “We will also move toward smaller towns as well to fill the knowledge and skill gap,” she said.
The institute offers various programmes in retail management, retail sales and marketing, retail visual merchandising and space planning and, retail buying and merchandise management etc.
