Vipul gets Punjab Govt nod for its Ludhiana township

Real estate developer Vipul World said on Monday that it has been granted “land use” approval by the Punjab government for its Rs 400-crore housing project, to be set up in 109 acres in Ludhiana.

The integrated township is being developed in association with Solitaire Capital India, a real estate venture fund.

Commenting on the approval, Vipul Ltd Managing Director Punit Beriwala said, “Vipul World will be a one-stop integrated township for the customers. This is our first initiative in Punjab which is a progressive state with a buoyant economy.”

The township would comprise plots, villas, premium apartments, high-end commercial complex, fully equipped convenience shopping arcade, club house and a five star hotel.
