PUDA has fetched a total revenue of Rs 1788.47 lakh has been fetched from the auction of 27 commercial sites in Urban Estate, Sector 39, Samrala Road and Urban Estate, Dhandari Kallan. The auction was held on August 29 and August 30 under the supervision of S R Kaler Additional Administrator PUDA.
Kaler informed Newsline that the auction was conducted for 15 commercial sites in Urban Estate Dhandari Kallan at PUDA Complex and it fetched total of Rs 939.84 lakh, which was almost 136.11 per cent higher than the reserve price of Rs 398.06 lakh. The highest bid was of Rs 46,700 per square yard against the reserve price of Rs 18150 per square yard, registering an increase of 157.30 per cent
Referring to the auction held on August 29, Kaler said that the auction was conducted for 12 commercial sites including eight SCOs and four single storey shops in Urban Estate, Sector 39, Samrala Road. It fetched a total price of Rs 848.63 lakh, which is almost 75 per cent higher than the reserve price of Rs 484.54 lakh. He said that highest bid was Rs 36,400 per square yards, against the reserve price of Rs 18,590 per square yard, which is 95.82 per cent increase
